FAQ
Do you provide delivery?
We actually provide delivery for any item the customer want to order. We will deliver without fee when the order is over $2000. With the order is less than $2000, the fee will be charged depending on the area.
How do I return an item?
In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request an RMA number, call 781-491-0141.
Place item in its original packaging into a shipping carton. Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
The RMA number must be clearly written on the shipping carton. If you received a label in the email, stick the label and tape it to the carton. We recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
What is our refund policy?
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account.
Please allow 15-30 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued within 15 business days from the date of return a restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all return items. If terms and conditions are not met (see Terms and Conditions section below), we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 30%. Any refused return will be shipped back at customer’s expense.
